Leviro P2P Alerts ("the Bot") is a Telegram bot that monitors crypto P2P markets and delivers price alerts based on conditions you set. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is stored.

📦 Data We Collect
We only collect data that is necessary to operate the service.

🔗 Third-Party Services
The bot fetches public P2P ad listings from the following exchanges to power your alerts. No personal data is sent to them.
- Binance P2P — public order book API
- Bybit P2P — public order book API
Payments are processed exclusively through Telegram Stars, Telegram's native payment system. We do not handle or store card details or bank information.
🗄️ How We Store Data
- Persistent data (account, alerts, subscriptions) is stored in a private MongoDB database accessible only to the bot server.
- Temporary data (deduplication cache, rate-limiting counters, session state) is stored in Redis with short automatic expiry (default 10 minutes for dedup keys).
- No data is stored on third-party cloud databases or analytics platforms.
⏳ Data Retention
- Your account and alert data are retained for as long as you use the bot.
- Analytics events are retained for internal monitoring purposes.
- Feedback submissions are retained to track improvements.
- You may request full deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see below).
🚫 Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. Data is used solely to operate and improve the Leviro P2P Alerts service.
🔒 Your Rights
You can at any time:
- View and edit your alert profiles and preferences via the bot menu
- Toggle or disable notifications from the settings menu
- Request deletion of all your data by contacting us
- Stop using the bot — no further data is collected after inactivity
